Progress continues at the new Welcome and Education Center with a mostly mild winter so far!

Inside the building, most of the steel studs – the skeletal framework for the interior walls – have been installed.   Roughly half of the ductwork for the heating/air conditioning system has been roughed in.  The electrical contractor has just started roughing in the power and telecommunication system conduits.  The plumber will start similar rough-in work soon.   All of those systems need to be in place before the drywall board can be installed.

Outside, the roofing system is 95% complete and the exterior walls are ready for installation of the metal siding.  It’s expected the roofing system on the canopy over the main loading platform will be installed during the week of February 20th.
