Groups of 20 or more enjoy a special rate for admission. We suggest allowing 1.5 to 2 hours for your visit. Trolley enthusiasts and history fans, ask about our Deluxe Group Tour. In addition to the scenic ride, tour, video, and exhibits, the Deluxe Tour includes extended, behind the scenes tour of the Trolley Display Building, including the interiors of selected trolleys, and a tour of the Galbraith Restoration Shop. Birthday Parties

A vintage trolley arrives in style, bearing a special destination sign featuring your child’s name! You and your guests will go on a scenic trolley ride. Afterward, it’s party time! Celebrate in one of the Museum's three beautiful events rooms. Add more fun to your party with a guided STEAM activity or a guided tour.

Operator for an Hour Experience

$150 (up to 5 guests included)
$10 for each additional guest

This unique experience includes a session with an operating instructor making a complete circuit of the museum’s open line, certificate of completion, one-year individual Museum membership and tickets for five additional passengers to ride with the honoree and follow-up with another regularly scheduled ride and tour of the museum. Participants must be 18-years-old or older and have a valid Driver’s License. Gift certificates are available if you would like to gift this experience to a loved one! Private Photography Session

$100 per hour

Looking to create a unique photo for your next portrait session? Choose from any of our operational streetcars for stunning interior and exterior photo shots. Favorite trolley backdrops are the beautiful Streetcar Named Desire, the beautifully refurbished Rio de Janeiro Open Car, and the meticulously restored 1917 Pittsburgh Car 4398, among many others. Your streetcar photo session will be hosted by a uniformed streetcar operator from the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum.
