This event is FREE for PTM Members. There is no separate registration fee, only museum admission each day you attend. To become a member, visit our membership page! (Note: No meet activities outside of the optional bus excursion are scheduled for Sunday, June 28, but the museum will be open and hosting a classic car cruise-in!)

Please RSVP by June 19, 2020, even if you’re a member! Your RSVP helps us plan and track event attendance.
The cost per 6-foot table is $30. Each vendor receives 2 complimentary admission tickets for the weekend. Register by June 12, 2020, but the earlier the better!

Limited non-commercial 6-foot tables and space are free. Space will be given on a first register, first serve basis with traction-themed layouts and modules prioritized. Registration includes 2 admission tickets for the weekend. NOTE: Layouts, displays, and commercial tables will be mixed together in the same display areas. Register by June 12, 2020, but the earlier the better!
Please include a sketch, brief description, and relevant measurements for any models, layouts, or special displays you plan to bring so we can ensure enough space is provided.

Layout set-up will be at 4:00 pm on Thursday, June 25 and 9:00 am on Friday, June 26. The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Sunday Bus Excursion: Harmony Route and Butler Short Line
Join us for an optional bus excursion aboard a GM New Look ‘Fishbowl’ along the Harmony Route and Butler Short Line interurbans.
Bus excursion requires a separate booking and fee. More information including pricing, route details, and schedule coming soon!

Schedule: A schedule of activities and programs will be provided closer to the event.
Hotel: The Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Washington/Meadow Lands will offer a group rate of $75 per night plus tax to those attending the meet while rooms last. Please mention the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum when booking. The hotel is located at 501 Race Track Rd., Washington, PA, 15301. The phone number is 724-705-7676.
Meals: Meals will not be provided at the Museum, but there are plenty of exciting, tasty options within a 10-15 minute drive.
Saturday night photo shoot: Bill Monaghan and Steve Barry with the Friends of the Philadelphia Trolleys and Railfan & Railroad will host a night shoot beginning at dusk (approximately 8 pm) on Saturday, June 27. Professional, amateur, and cell phone photographers are welcome!
Please be aware, this shoot is performed with mobile-handheld flash units with long duration exposures. This may be a different way of doing night photography than that which you are accustomed to.
What you’ll need if you attend:
- Cable release or remote shutter control
Before starting the event, we will offer a basic introduction on taking night photographs and a railway safety talk.
