ABOUT THE MEET
The West Penn Trolley Meet is a meet-up for trolley/traction fans and model enthusiasts! This will be our first in-person meet since 2018!

Registration is requested of attendees – even if you’re a Member! We’ll have lanyards available for those who have pre-registered. Registration is available by mail (or by email: send form to assistant@patrolley.org). Online registration is also available. Attendees are welcome to purchase tickets on site upon arrival! This event is free for Members. Weekend passes are available – 2 days for $20 and 3 days for $30 (does NOT include Port Authority of Allegheny County shop tour on Sunday).

Tables (8-foot) are $30 each. Each vendor receives 2 admission tickets to the event. Make sure to include any requests in the comments on the registration. Vendors are invited to set up at 4 PM on June 2 or 9 AM on June 3. The main event is June 3 and 4, but the Museum will be open for Anything on Wheels June 5 as well with lots of foot traffic, and vendors are welcome to keep their tables set up until 4 PM Sunday. Register by May 20 for tables!

Limited non-commercial 8-foot tables and space are free. Space will be given on a first register, first serve basis, with traction-themed layouts prioritized. Registration includes 2 admission tickets to the event. NOTE: Layouts, displays, and commercial tables will be mixed together in the same display areas. Please include a sketch and relevant measurements for any models, layouts, or special displays you plan to bring. Layout set-up will be at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, June 2 and 9:00 a.m. Friday, June 3. The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Exhibitors please register by May 20!
NIGHT PHOTO SESSION
A night-time photo session will begin around sunset on Saturday, June 4. Hosted by Steve Barry and Bill Monaghan, trolleys will be staged for photos with other historic vehicles. No pre-registration required.
Night photographers are requested to bring a camera, cable release or remote shutter control, tripod and flashlight.
SUNDAY SHOP TOUR
Join us for a visit to the Port Authority of Allegheny County’s South Hills Village Rail Center at 10 AM on Sunday, June 5. This behind-the-scenes outing will consist of a presentation, a tour of the recently-renovated light rail shops, and a look at some of the maintenance of way equipment. Please wear closed toed, comfortable shoes. The Rail Center is approximately 30 minutes from the Museum by car at 1000 Village Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15241 (transportation will not be provided). Free parking is available at the facility inside the gate. Register by May 20. This tour is $15 for PTM members and $20 for non-members.
