The Museum Store will make every effort to keep the inventory up to date and add new items. In the rare occasion that merchandise ordered from the online store is no longer available, someone from the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum will contact to you make a substitution or refund the cost of the item.
All sales are final unless order is incorrect or damaged. Please contact the Visitor Services Manager (email@example.com) if your order is incorrect or damaged and for returns and exchanges.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment received.
Pennsylvania Trolley Museum Members must enter their membership number and expiration date in order to receive membership discount. Discount does not apply to shipping and handling.
