Hello,
It is with heavy hearts that the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum is cancelling the Santa: A Gift of Four Seasons event due to the worsening Covid-19 Pandemic. The health and safety of our visitors, volunteers, and staff are our top priority. That is why we sincerely apologize for any
inconvenience that this may cause.
For those who purchased tickets, your tickets will be fully refunded. The refund process typically takes 7-10 business days, but during the holiday season can take up to 20 days. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Again, we greatly apologize for this inconvenience and look
forward to seeing you next year.
Stay safe!
Sincerely,
PTM Staff & Volunteers
